- Progressive Marketing Services, 2006-2009
- This job began with consultations and employee technology training sessions and grew into further projects including: design of the company website, company newsletter, presentations and the development of separate business unit identity (Independent Broker Center). I worked closely with the president of the firm dealing with the language of financial services; variable annuities, REITs, mutual funds etc..
- Freelance Design, 2003-2009
- Independent Broker Center
- Created a flexible and professional corporate identity for a financial services firm in a competitive metropolitan environment. Worked with company executives to create an identity system capable of embracing future business expansion.
- Leaf & Bean Coffee Shop
- Supplied hand made marketing materials for a booming Cafe. Designed and cut stencils to deliver authentic messages to customers.
- Rochester Historical Society
- Worked with art director Jill Kepler to reproduce historic illustrations for the Rochester Fire Department. The brief was to replicate turn of the 20th century engravings using a photographic reference. This work is published and available in stores and online.
- Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores
- Worked with a regional training coordinator to create a poster. I shot the photography myself in a local Cracker Barrel location and the poster is currently hanging on the wall of the company’s VP.
- Upstate Lithography, 2004
- I worked at a Commercial Lithography press. While there I learned cutting, binding, die-cutting and various contemporary printing techniques.
Acheivements
- Member: Phi Thetta Kappa—Elite Academic Society. Membership requires a GPA in the top 3% at a given institution or a full year above 3.75.
- Member: Dean's list at all colleges attended for every quarter or semester attended.
