Hello and welcome to the online portfolio of Brett Ruiz. I am a creative professional with a broad array of experience and talents including but not limited to: Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography and Writing.
While I was trained in graphic design by modernists, my personal tastes tend more toward maximalism. I love texture and photographic imagery, especially when they break down on the page and bleed into the type and ground colors. I am increasingly finding myself focusing on rock solid concepts, ideas and narratives. Concept dictates style.
I am currently available for part time, full time and freelance positions. I am located in New York City.
